Really good story! I always love forceful Cas and bottom Dean because Dean is such a manwhore. I can totally see him being a needy bottom.

At first, I thought this would be a Dean infected with incubus poison type story but I really enjoyed this anyway.

Any plans to do another one with Dean just infected and needing it because of the poison? Can I request one with Cas helping him to save Sam from having to deal with it? (Not to into Wincest.) Like a hunt gone really wrong and Dean takes the hit meant for Sam which results in a bad predictament. I can see Dean locking himself in the bathroom or something to avoid something happening because they are brothers but is in a lot of pain due to the poison. So Sam calls Cas for help. Dean's too far gone by the time Cas gets there to fight anything that Cas might do to him but he tries and hurts himself in the process. That makes Cas take control and force Dean to let him help him.
