Best. NR fanfic. Ever. Will you continue writing fanfics about Nico and Dani?

Oh my god! This story was so incredibly well done. The plotting was excellent, and the writing was so professional. But that doesn't even cover it. The best part was that the characters were so perfectly captured, it was almost lie watching a multi- episode story arc on the show. I could see Dani and Nico acting just as you wrote and hear them saying your words. That's not easy to do.

I love Necessary Roughness, but just recently discovered fan fiction. I've now read all the decent (and even semi-decent and ridiculous) stories on the site, and this story of yours, taking into consideration plot, narrative, characterizations, and emotional pay-off, was the best. I don't know why I didn't find it sooner, but perhaps it was the M rating.

I wish you'd write another one.

Hello. I just realized that even though I've read your fanfic, I haven't left a proper comment. To be honest, I wasn't quite sure what to write, how to formulate a coherent response. In brief, your story is astounding. It's so incredibly well-written and captivating and heart-breaking that I moved from chapter to chapter, stopping only twice to comment (and yeah, these comments didn't manage to capture my awe and respect). Anyways, this story is the best NR fanfic, in my humble opinion. And you're such a talented writer. The length of this masterpiece, it's quality... well, you could/should be a writer. Thank you so much for writing this piece and for sharing it with the other fans of the show! The way you depicted Nico and Dani's emotions and their tentative progress in relationships... it took my breath away.

Oh my, thank you for an intrigueing, beautiful and loving story. I couldn't stop between chapters to review...this was one of those stories where you had to keep going. I truely loved this great read. I may have to come back and read it in the near future. This is one of those stories where you can come back and read and not get tired of. This is beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. You completely captured the characters in every word, phrase, nuance, and conversation. The investigative portion of the story was realistic and wonderful. I completely loved this story. All of it. You are so freakin' talented. OMG. Ok. Done squeeing now.

I am new to the Necessary Roughness fandom but have been watching the show since it began. I have now read all of the Dani/Nico stories on and I think this one is one of the top two. It has all of the elements of the characters. I like your Marshal Pittman MUCH better than the cannon Pittman. Your Pittman makes me believe in Nico's devotion to the man whereas the cannon version I am still trying to wrap my head around. Anyway I love the way your story progresses and how you treat each of their interactions. Wonderful.
