This is eerily familiar... Did you by chance get this idea from a comic? The comic I saw had similar situations but it was Red instead of Leaf.

Anyway, the story was good overall. Feels like a hidden backstory to the comic, but with Leaf and Green instead. And it did get some laughs out of me.
