I ship NaLu and GrUvia oh so very hard, but my guilty pleasure is JuTsu. Yours just so happens to be my favorite. Great job! I liked your characterizations of the two, as well as drunk and tactless Juvia. Haha, typical boy scout Natsu, always ready to help others.

I'm being honest. I never thought that there would exist any fanfics of this pairing.
I like the title out of different reasons, one being that I'm part of a community jokingly saying "FireWaterSteam" and because the title just fits.
I like this story. I don't call myself an expert in grammar or spelling but I couldn't find any mistakes. The length was perfect, as well as how you set the story (with the flashback).

A little minus was the OOC-ness of Juvia and Natsu. I like to think that Natsu is more clueless and Juvia's character has more depth than just her obsession with Gray.

Generally I liked the story. :D

Again, this is another pairing that I've never really considered before, but I love how you set them up. By the way, I'm extremely impressed with your lack of spelling/grammar errors (at least that I've noticed), so kudos for that.
