Good idea however FAILED on many levels. 9 tails and Naruto were partners at the point they fought the Uchiha. There is no way Naruto would be caught by the government without a fight and the league showing up to stop it. Naruto would NOT need anyone to be like a family to him, however friends are a Yes. Brain washing would Fail on Naruto due to the 9 tails being in his head and would help his partner. Good try but you need to think a story though before writing. Good luck to you.

I tried. Made it 3 chapters. Not only is this no longer Naruto, but it also makes little sense. Also, the M40 sniper rifle has an effective range of approximately half a mile. That shot literally would not be possible to pull off. You focus too much on flare. The saying "all flash and no fire" comes to mind. Also, when designing a crossover, it requires elements all universes involved. The character you wrote only has his name, not ability, personality, or anything recognizable.
