How scary is it? That Dean didnt remember Sam? at all? and-to quote-he didnt even drunk!

And I started to see how humble Sam is. He didnt even mad. If the table turn, I'm pretty sure Dean would felt at least some hurting-I blame his abandonment issue personality-But Sam didnt even felt disappointed, because he has the full faith in Dean.

Good story. Good everything. As always :)

This is a sweet story and I love it, and I wanted to applaud you specifically for your description of Sam as looking like a forlorn Scotsman. It brings me much happiness.

Magical Amnesia that Dean just forgot Sam but not everyone else. Huh... I wish there's more story about that. Great Plot especially if the fic end up Happy Ending.

Really liked this one. The pain and devastation at the beginning when Dean was feeling the loss of his dad and the brother he didn't even remember he had was really intense. I really liked how the story unraveled from there, with the call from Hi and Louis and seeing Sam in a makeshift kilt and getting Sam patched up and going through round two with the erlking and all of it. Was great. :D

This story deserves lots of hugs. I especially loved the end.

I read this story a while ago and enjoyed it but I had never heard of an Erlking before. Several months later in my History of Music class we listened to the Erlking by Schubert. At the time I had forgotten the name of the monster that was in this fic so did not make the connection. Then today I decided to re-read this story and noticed the monsters name and thought 'Wow, it's amazing how things in life are connected.' Great story.

I really liked this. It is really good to know that in afandom so heavily dominated by slash and Cas love there are good writers still doing there thing bringing us Gen fic of this quality. Thank you so much

Love the title and the story! Great opening scene with Dean oozing misery when he thought he was alone in the world. Nasty little creature that would make someone forget the most important person in their world. :(

Really loved that clever exchange with the erlking - that Sam had tricked it and now felt he had earned his freedom - especially after walking ten miles barefooted to earn it.

Good stories seem to be a little slim in the picking right now and I like my stories a little serious without going into slash. :p Nicely written and I love how you just plunged into the situation. I can't say enough how much I enjoyed reading this.

I'd be lying if I didn't say I loved the memorable lines and naked Sam. But what knocked me out the most, is that you've got the Erlking in this fic. I don't think I've come across an SPN story that had him. I've been fascinated by this character since I read about him in either a Harry Dresden book or a Mercy Thompson book...maybe even both...This fic was amazing! You helped make my week. Thank you so much!
