Dark-Prince-of-Clowns chapter 1 . 3/17 I LOVE this fic! :D The only thing that could have made it better is if he was a real feral child. (Partly because it would be far more logical. Partly because he'd think like an animal, not a human. Have you read a book called The She-Wolf? If I translated the title right, it's a brilliant book based on a real story (I think) of a girl raised by wolves in india re-entering american (or bitish, I forget) society as an adult. Nurture 1, Nature 0. Just sayin' ) |
Tankinator175 chapter 1 . 1/8 No! It can't end here! It's so interesting. If you need a way to not get him expelled, have it be that everyone's like: the boy who lived free up with horrible muggles, it's their fault and we need to fix him. This is really good as a prologue, but not very good as a full story. |
MeBooksAndCleverness chapter 1 . 9/20/2019 Hi, can you please continue writing this story, it is very interesting and I think that the plot line makes a lot of sense taking into consideration that Harry (especially in this story) does have a quite violent temper when provoked. I was thinking about what could happen next in the plotline and as a Severus fan myself, I thought that it might be interesting if Harry went to potions and Draco taunted him and he reacted very violently causing a big scene that attracts Severus's attention. They both end up in the hospital wing, with detention (from Severus [much to the chagrin of Hermione]). Severus notices that something is up with Harry, goes to find out what is going on (maybe to taunt Harry, but that isn't like him is it?... well I don't know). Severus figures out somehow what happened to Harry. Maybe he uses legilimency, asks Hermione, or something else. Anyways not really that much but it is a start. :) Please contact me if you would like some more help with this story I don't write fan fics on my own but I do have some ideas Please try and continue this story, Zoe |
Marshman101 chapter 1 . 6/30/2019 That was pretty cool |
582Raven chapter 1 . 2/18/2019 I like it, only wished there was more. I do agree with your reasoning though. He would probably get expelled and put into Azkaban (at least they'd try to put him in Azkaban...) It really does make me want to know what happens next, damn. |
Guest chapter 1 . 12/22/2018 I understand that it would be hard to make a proper story out of this, but couldn’t you write a series of omake or something similar instead? This idea is too good to be wasted like this. |
Reiss82 chapter 1 . 10/23/2018 Could make hermione his calming influence so he doesn’t go berserk on anyone that doesn’t mess with her |
bloodynoir chapter 1 . 8/25/2018 Please update |
Guest chapter 1 . 5/20/2018 Let's see he'd ask the hat to put him in the same house as hermione. He'd get his cloak at Yule. And somehow he needs the map early in first year like before Halloween. Either the twins give it to him or more than likely he'll remember James was called prongs and Sirius pad foot. See their names on the paper and steal it. So he'd be able to get around. Ron and Harry won't be friends. Maybe Neville but he'd be scared of him and it would take time for him to tough up. He'd have gotten all kinds of things from clothes to and amazing trunk of some sort to hedwig. Idk if he'd care about being on a team but he might still like flying so maybe he'd like it. I wouldn't want to see him ever at the burrow it wouldn't fit with this Harry. Hermione would teach him to read or maybe the goblins have a potion or something that expensive and he will instantly know one new language. So he'd need English and maybe Latin. And than he'd know how to read. The only thing is Draco, Ron, Ginny and Snape. Idk how to handle them. Ginny and Ron should never be friends with him so he'd need to deal with bigot Ron remarks but he could prank them or hex them. Draco would go to snape every time Harry hurt him. There's a chance snape could see he isn't James and just ignore Harry. Something would have to happen at first still. Or albus wants to stay on Harry's good side and tells snape to ignore Harry. Although that's probably the main this. Albus. Controlling manipulative Albus. I can see him worried Harry's on a dark path and not liking his attitude, language, and behavior mostly violence. And trying to force Garry to spend the holidays with the weasleys. Which wouldn't work Harry would just disappear. Something would need to happen maybe the goblins will say that albus is his magical guardian. And put him with the dursleys. He'd say he was never bought anything and hasn't live with them in forever get whatever money they got back and see albus as a threat and he'd be carful around him. This could become a very interesting story as long as fumbled ore doesn't become to involved in Harry's life. Maybe he'd never even realize Harry doesn't life with the dursleys. Or at least until like 6th year or something lol |
The God's Eye chapter 1 . 1/12/2018 The sorting hat instantly goes catatonic causing everyone (or at least the teachers) to gasp or murmur dramatically when they realize what happens (or Mcgonagall tells them) then Dumbledore takes over, ever so hesitantly, and asks the boy where he wants to go. Harry sees Hermione then sees all the ruddy and sissy school boys and girls and mutters, anywhere but here, but Dumbledore hears it as a request for some privacy. Circa an hour later, Harry has his own suite but then discovers later on, in the morning, that he has to get up and go to classes. Not being a morning person, Harry would've refused if it wasn't Hermione popping up a few seconds later to drag him with his leash. He intentionally forgoes wanting an excuse to come back later. Of course he had to pop into Dumbledore's office for his schedule but he doesn't know that and only goes when Mcgonagall spots him (her inner animal bristling already) and informs him. An odd confrontation between Harry and some git named Percy later and Harry is contemplating his first murder. Dumbledore muses over his talk with Harry and the readings from the artefacts in his office and comes to an obvious conclusion, Voldemort has clouded the boy's soul and an exorcism is in order to at least keep the boy's sanity long enough for Voldemort to return. As such, he hasn't given Harry the prepared schedule but intends to privately tutor Harry (or at least get someone to do it - busy wizard and all). Cut to about a month later and Harry has put two Gryffindors and three Slytherins in the hospital (not infirmary) and has been freely hunting in the forbidden forest. Harry notices that, with every magic creature he kills, his tattoos expand even more. Hermione has started investigating what the tattoos mean (she was the one who alerted Harry to their expansion) but the Library is restricted in its content. You'd think people would learn to stay away from Hermione given that she's under Harry's protection but nope, some boy named Ronald Weasel or so deeply insults her earning himself a dislocated jaw (being friends with Harry tends to make your tolerance levels lower). Sensing trouble, she runs to Harry's room and is barely able to stop the death of Ronald Weasley. As Harry is going on his nightly trip through the castle, he hears a troll lumbering about. He would ignore it but his appetite screams for Troll blood, plus it's trespassing on Harry's turf (that being Hogwarts). I mean it's bad enough he allows those ruddy owls inside. One, expensive, troll meal later and Harry is suddenly taken aback by his newly expanded senses, allowing him to sense extra things (including but not limited to magic, and heat, signatures) to an extent and his increased strength. Who knew Troll blood contained steroids. Hermione, on account of her spending more time in Harry's suite, spots the package containing the invisible cloak and since Harry doesn't want it despite it singing to him, uses it to explore the... Library. But that's later. Harry also happens upon a Cerberus who doesn't seem to recognize it's natural (or unnatural) master due to its pampered upbringing and he is forced to pound some sense into it. Although it does get a few good swipes in. His sense of adventure is at all time low but he does mention his new pet to Hermione who demands to see it. Seeing the way Harry interacts with the hell hounds gives Hermione new unwanted revelations, but she might have to go into the restricted section to be sure. She's sure, Harry's at least a half demon, but so what. He's protected her so far right? She doesn't notice the small skin markings that appear behind her left shoulder blade... Because they're behind her left shoulder blade. Harry, on the other hand, keeps getting into squabbles with Fawkes (the fuckface firebird) much to Dumbledore's chagrin. The exorcism will have to be done sooner. Harry also befriends (or at least decides not to kill) the half giant (Halfgrid or so), on account of his sense of kinship to the halfbreed. Skip some very odd encounters with Severus and Quirrel which were ochestratec by Dumbledore. Harry despises the both of them but there's nothing he can do at the moment for reasons including Hermione, Hermione and Hermione (the girl can't protect herself for shit or so he tells himself) Draco lands himself in the infirmary after trying to taunt Hermione, calling her a scarlet mudblood. It's his insults towards Harry that earn him the broken jaw though. This earns both Hermione and Draco some detention but Harry comes along. Harry tries to eat a unicorn but it's stolen from him by some massive shitface spiders. (Hermione finds that violence comes easier to her, the marking behind her shoulder blade lengthen to her back) Back to the main storyline, with a combination of Hermione's wit and Harry's violence, they cut through wimpy tests presented. Cue epic showdown between Harry and Voldemort which ends anticlimactically when Harry tears Quirrel's head off. Of course Voldemort tries to posses him and earns himself a one way ticket to hell, this complicates the rest of the story. Harry reacts violently to the mirror, it is just like the ruddy cloak. It shows him an image of everything burning with a shirtless Harry on top of the flames, enjoying the spectacle, and someone by him. Of course, the stone is in the middle of mirror Harry's chest causing it to painfully ingrain itself into real Harry's chest. Harry collapses and is helped out by Hermione. Dumbledore gets there and scratches his head in wonder. His despair is increased by the fact that Harry and the stone are nowhere to be found and the mirror is shattered. Ravenclaw wins the house cup, go figure. Harry decides that next year he'll kill the shitface spiders and eat them. |
RedAllen chapter 1 . 12/30/2017 So, is Harry some sort of wendigo or something? Love the fic by the way. |
Flakey42 chapter 1 . 2/27/2017 Ummm...Update? |
AnotherGuest chapter 1 . 9/17/2016 Actually, I think the way Harry behaves in this fic is pretty realistic for someone who was treated like he was at the Dursley's - even without the demon-part. I mean, the eating-people-thing is demonic, alright - but the rest... And well, I expect Harry to get expelled very fast - maybe than he will run to the Forbidden Forest and stay there among all the monsters in there. Only I'm not sure what Hermione will think of him when she finally realizes that he has no qualms with bloodily killing people. Probably she would try to 'cure' him of that and they would clash and brake contact for a while. But maybe somehow Hermione could find out that it is his nature to be like that and accept him after all. |
Brenden1k chapter 1 . 6/30/2016 Great work |
tabletopgamer chapter 1 . 6/29/2016 I love this story, and I wish you'd continue. I can think of one way to keep Harry be AT Hogwarts without being IN Hogwarts. After all, we know one person who's willing to take care of a dangerous, wild creature on school grounds and try to keep it a secret. 'Arry's jus' misunderstood. |
