Helloooo! You're story is really interesting! It's nice to see an AU in this fandom haha. So, a few comments:
Natsume is a bit OOC (not so much in the recent chapters but the earlier chapters). I feel like he's a bit /too/ scathing in his remarks. For example, he doesn't really curse much in canon. And sometimes in the story he thinks "oh, I'm really going to kill Nyanko-sensei this time" but I think kill is taking it too far o.o. It doesn't fit his personality which is soft and gentle but not a pushover. But then you wrote most of the story earlier so I might be confusing the recent chapters with that. About grammar and word usage, it's generally good. It's not completely distracting, but there are a few awkward word usages in the chapters. Idk how I can advise you to fix it though. Other than that, the story is great! I'm excited for the next chapter. :D

Nyanko's concern. Natori and Nyanko's bickering, and Natsume's way to stop them. And even Natsume's bandage. More of that in the future please.
All was so delicious. A perfect blend of tension and comedy.

I wondered how Natori would react once he found out how the villagers really treated Natsume.
Natori clan here was not a fallen exorcist clan like in canon right? So, I think Natori might have a slightly better childhood than his modern counterpart.
