this is the most beautiful fanfiction i've ever read. it's honestly such a great addition to the sadly, small amount of scully/reyes fanfics

Beautiful story. From playful flirting, to awkward intoxication, to mischievous questions, leading to fiery passion and lust... then finally ending with a surprisingly tender, touching moment shared between two loving, responsible people. This last scene brought tears to my eyes, as I remember that episode where the two of them were defiant, protective and only had each other to depend on during William's difficult birth. Loved every chapter of it, and they way you ended it was brilliant. Thank you!

Chapter Two, wow. I LOVE Scully in this; she makes Mulder and Doggett look like simple-minded idiots here. But everyone knows you can't compete with the incredible Dana Scully. And Monica, she IS gorgeous. Loved her in Season 8 but most particularly in Season 9. I'm starting to think the XF should really have been about these two brilliant and vibrant female partners, and we could have left both guys out of the series or relegate them to limited cameos, haha... :)

I love it! Y'know, not enough is written about Mulder's womanizing ways, and though I love the guy, it's about time someone at least made the observation there are times when this p0rn addict would sleep with anyone (or anything) that moved. Why Scully puts up with this boggles the mind; she's so much a stronger and more dignified person than he is. I couldn't wipe the smile off my face while reading Chapter 1; right now I can't wait to find out when SuperScully's gonna beat the tar outta her lecherous partner, so we get our dear SensibleMulder back... :D

That was really hot. You should write more follow-up stories about the Scully/Reyes relationship that stems off of this one.

Your writing is amazing. You capture these characters so well.
We've all known Scully for years but we don't always know what's going on in her mind, emotionally. Everything you've written for her makes sense.
And Monica was never very clearly drawn, in my opinion. Annabeth did a fantastic job with what she was given but Reyes was never very fleshed out. What you've done with her character here is beautiful.
I wish you would write more so I could read them over and over and over.

Whoa! I wasn't goin to comment until the last chapter, but this has to be the best sex scene I have ever read! (And I read a lot) I always thoguht Scully was the hottest red head on tv and I always pictured her like this...very reserved but know that she is hot and admired, just too smart for her own good. Scully & Reyes are an easy item to believe. Reyes did seem so infactuated with Scully and I do believe Scully knew it...I love your story and your portrayl of all the agents. Awesome!
