Ok, that was pretty awesome. I could so easily see something like this really happening. It was a pleasure to read such a realistically written exploration into Barret's darker side.

That was pretty squicky, but well-written, and I love seeing Barret's darker depths explored. He's too often reduced to comic relief - and he's just too great to be wasted like that. I liked his interactions with Vincent and Cid a lot. Avalanche: not nice people. But you have to fight fire with fire.
