Why? Blackjack had nothing to do with this. I loved that dog. My tears of saddness are now your burden to bear. I expect at least a new pup to make its way into Faye's (Alice's) life. Dammit. On another note, I love the story. I hope that it isn't dead, seeing that it hasn't been updated in a while. I already have a theory on Jericho and his back story. I mean, we all know that he's Spike. He's gotta be. But, then why wouldn't he recognize Faye? I have an answer.

After taking Spike's body, they did to him the same as what happened to Faye. They put him into a coma-ice pod-cryogenics thingajigger. And, like Faye he lost most of his memory. The only thing he can remember is the name Faye, or even Faye Valentine(something along those lines.) And the syndicate had told him his name was Jericho. Or, he also remembered the name Jericho and assumed that it was his own. As for his 'Julia' He refers to the name Faye Valentine, believing it to belong to a woman he may have loved in the life that he no longer remembers.

Now, I can be either really hitting the mark here, or be way off base it's not even funny. But, I guess that's the fun of it all. I hope to see more of this soon.

On a side note, i almost had a heart attack when i saw Raina, because i can tell you, that's my name and how i spell it. because it's the old english spelling of the name, it's pretty uncommon, and makes me happy every time i see people using that spelling. :)

Not entirely sure why Faye would have to resort to stripping for peanuts, since she's got a whole other bunch of, uh, life skills that she could use far more lucratively... Uh, I get the whole catharsis thing, but still... I'm sure other vocations woulda paid more. ;)
