Okay so here is me proper review, sorry it's late.
The story was nice, as well as the side plot of the two OCs. You started sweetly and I really like the way Misaki and Akihiko interacted. Though I don't see why Misaki had the operation before talking about it with Akihiko, it helped the plot, so no problem there. I liked that you made Akihiko not wanting children at first, but once Misaki was pregrant he didn't seemed to mind or be against having them.
The time Misaki was kidnapped made me be on edge, mostly because of Yomi. I liked reading the pov of Kage and how he slowly started worrying and caring for Misaki.
I never understood why they kidnapped him though, if they didn't want to rape him, sake him, use him in any way, or blackmail Akihiko, what was the point of keeping him in a room all the time? Plus they didnt even know he was Akihiko's lover at first or anything about him pretty much.
I was surprised you didn't have Akihiko stay by Misaki's bed in the hospital from the beginning, but that part was written well (especially when Misaki first woke up) and I actually came to like it too. Also you didn't forget about Takahiro's importance to Misaki's life, which is a huge plus, since many forget about him when writing an m-preg fic.
I was greatly satisfied by the way Yomi died and laughed when Kage's sister simply pushed Misaki through -what I supose was- the gate to heaven (or the dead).
I loved the ending, it was adorable and I was very relieved nothing happened to the babies even with how early they were born.

Most stories like this end with sex but what you did was make it more like reality and didn't end with sex witch is what I loved about this.
