Awww - this was so sad at the end. I found it incedibly moving...where you said that Dean's fingers remembered running through Sam's hair...it just broke my heart. Loved the part at the beginning too where Dean knows his brother so well that he can tell when he's getting ill. Thanks for sharing this, it was lovely.
