I usually don't like OCs. Just don't. But I actually like CL, for several reasons. First, she's not invincible; she has to work to beat even those who aren't the best. Second, you didn't spend whole paragraphs describing her clothing. Third, only ONE boy likes her, not everyone who sees her. Also, I love Mello in this story. He's pretty much in character. And I grew very much addicted to your fluffy romance :3

One thing I did notice, however, was that she didn't really show the amount of emotion I would have expected from someone asked to stop living with her closest friends. She just kinda went with it. Then, you have shown that she's not prone to extreme emotion anyway.

Also, I'm not entirely sure you can be adopted from Wammy's - but that would derail your plot, now wouldn't it? I guess that's not really a big deal; technically, I guess adoption is still a possibility even for supergeniuses.

I think it's great that you created a likeable, imperfect (that's a compliment for OCs, to be clear), decently developed girl who might realistically be the object of Mello's affections.
