Very nice - I really liked the format of this, and there were some very creative scenarios in there. I reccomend reading things over before posting them, though (not that I really do this either, so maybe get a beta-reader) because I spotted a few things where the name switched in the little paragraph about the person. It also seemed like there were a lot more volunteers than usual, but I guess with this Quell that would make sense.

I really loved the idea of this Quell - it was very creative and totally something the Capitol would do. I also like that it's the 5th, as though the rebellion never happened, because AU fics make me happy :)

Very nice entry - I really enjoyed the way you have this set up, it's very neat.

(Also, loving the girl who is Reaped at 19. That is really horrible luck for her, but was very clever!)

This is a very good piece! I like the way you kept all 24 tributes' thoughts fresh and unique; I'm not sure I could do as much. Some interesting characters!

I don't know which reaping I liked/hated the most... All of them had an impact, and I kept holding breath as I read the next. I really like how you ended, with the old man from District Twelve. I'd have to agree that 1-12 works better than 12-1 would have.
