This is another cheesy ass chapter with stupid plot devices, please for the love of god at least make the fight interesting, i rather naruto lose then him winning cuz of his 'will'. Wtf kind of stupid reason is that. Not to mention you said shika had time to move around and stretching or whatever and then like 5 secs later give up cuz he wasted time? Its been a while since i've seen plot armour be this strong.

I don't understand why everyone likes to write this kind of grungy af scene(the water walking scene). It not funny, and it this kinda 'nosebleed' and embarrassed about seeing boobs accidentally thing is so overused and frankly stupid, there's no value in it. It's a cheap way of developing the relationship between naruto and the girls, there are definitely more creative and interesting way to do it rather then the same old clichés.

Didn't he use the bathroom at all the whole day? And didn't he try making a shadow clone in the morning so shouldn't he have seen himself before it melted into a puddle, or in said puddle's reflection?

The wording is bad, not the worst I've read but still bad. But you can still get what is meant for the most part. The drama and reactions are way too forced and unrealistic. The premise is interesting but the execution is well... bad for lack of a more descriptive term. I'll read it all the way through though, maybe it gets better.

Why is the Kyuubi slowly dying actually making me sad? After all of the stories I read where he is despicable, and how he's acted in cannon, why do I care?

Your writing overall needs work. You need to introduce your OCs better, pace of the story and study the original story more so you have a better base to follow. Rookie teams are 1 teacher 3 students. How does Naruto know about his clan when only a handful ever knew his mom was? Not many knew even when she was 5-8 years old. When she had Naruto she was 22-28 (roughly)? For the exams you need to have ALL 3 rookies of the team there to take it. This is just a few things that your betas readers should have caught and had you fill out more. Maybe get a beta writer to help fill out more for you if you don't have the time yourself.
