You have a lot of gramma mistakes that make it difficult to read the way you intended. Lots of your/you're mix-ups, for example and too much telling the reader what's going on or how people feel rather than showing them through words and the characters' actions.
That said, the story is an interesting idea and the monster types fit the characters nicely. Personally this wasn't for me and I won't continue reading but I can see why many will and do enjoy it.

Was there possibly going to be a sequel to Prince of Darkness or no?

I would not have turned Anzu I would have maybe used a healing spell with the combined force of a few wizard namly Yugi Honda and Ryou. You know what im going to pretend that that is exactly what happened...she got HEALED, NOT turned

...Wow. Again, you took a plot device I hate and turned it into something beautiful. Vampire fics are something I tend to avoid, and it's VERY rare I find one I like. This, however, was tremendous! I like the way it was done, the ones that annoy me most are the ones where Yami/Atem is already a vampire and is lusting after Yuugi... But you devised an amazing plot, you really did! Another thing I normally dislike is vampires with wings, it always seemed ridiculous to me, but you made it work. The ears, though... I admitm the ear thing wierded me out a lot.
Another thing that got me was Anzu's redemption. I really wasn't expecting it, and I was completely stunned when she was shot just after coming to terms with how much of a bitch she'd been, I honestly thought she was going to die. But what got me even more is the fact that it turned out Honda was in love with her; it was just so sweet and had me squealing for about half an hour! Supportshipping is my Anzu-OTP, and it also reminded me of a Supportshipping fic I once planned to write and gave me motivation, so thanks for that!
All I have to say on the lines of concrit (despite the fact that I know this is old and you don't post stories on this account anymore) is that some things seemed contradictory, such as Atem being pale again after being turned, only to be described as tanned in the last chapter. The other thing I noticed (But I may have just misread) is that you said after it changed to pro!Anzu that she changed Honda, but then later you said she had refused to. Again, I may have misread the part where it said she changed him, but I thought I'd mention it anyway x3
Anyway, amazing story, despite being a little skeptical about reading this at first, it exceeded all expectations and is one of the best completed fics I've read in a while. Definitely bookmarking it for future reference, which is something I DON'T do often, and only for my favourites. Thank you for proving to me that it IS possible to write good vampire fics!
