I loved this, I love how Esther reaches out to Jack, and comforts him about Ianto's death. I feel like Gwen is the one who knows him best at the moment, if only because she's the only one left of the original Torchwood. I like that Esther's happy to just listen, even though Jack covers things up, and Esther knows next to nothing about him, except what Gwen has told her.

I loved this so much. I think the relationship between Jack and Esther is beautiful, especially after the 9th episode.

Esther, jack, and Oswald Danes are the only interesting characters on MD in my view (well, I reaalllly liked Vera, but once again tw writers don't care too much about keeping good characters around). I really like the Jack/Esther dynamic i really hope they delve into their friendship and i really liked this, i think it held true to their characters
