So you're going to have to use artificial progression rather that simply making him better with a more realistic progression curve.

I dislike that decision, but it's your story and the rest is pretty good.

I feel like kitana would be more forward about Interaction with Kyle especially after you made it sound like she was drunk on love

Jade mentioned about Kyle being mortal while Kitana is edenian (Spoiler) if you seen the klassic tower ending for Johnny Cage in mkx, have Kitana bring Kyle to that place sometime in a future chapter where Kitana helps Kyle read the book that grants him edenian life.

Oh snap dude, I’m sorry to hear about your financial situation. It’s been 2 years since you’ve last updated this story, I hope everything’s alright on your end.

Just make a new story and call it whatever you want it to be called. We aren’t autistic lmao, as long as you post a notification at the end of the story we’ll know when to find it.

The chapters have been getting much better as I read on, I’d recommend going back and re-writing the first few ones if you’ve got the time. The training scenes are a bit too long and boring to read IMO.

Decent story so far, I’d just like to point out that 60 push-ups and 60 sit-ups isn’t a workout lmao.
