Reading this story felt like watching a movie, everything was so fluid and I'm still contemplating how actions play into each other days later. Ludwig states that he can't find the point where his obsession with Gilbert started and that he must have been doomed from the start. As a reader, I felt the same way about the smooth progression, carried by all these background factors like the people Ludwig meets in college and the lectures he attends. The quotes and philosophical discussions are so wonderfully entwined with the characters' state of mind and I especially adore how you picked up on them again in the final chapter (not epilogue).
I'm looking forward to Submission and to more of your mind-blowing works in general!
