| SteveAndAdam chapter 3 . 1/13/2014 [All in my opinion, an meant as constructive criticism to help; not that i'm any better but this is my opinion] I get what you were trying to do, but i think its all a bit rushed; especially the opening scene, and a little unrealistic, its a bit far to think someone would finger themselves at work in the middle of the day; if nothing else there would be a smell and no-one wants shitty fingers. like i said its good but it could of been better, the conversation in the car seemed a bit, meah- and Pete said he was only into being BI for sex not a relationship so the third chapter (although good) was not needed. If you had of dragged the story out a little longer, E.g the stuff with the griffin being how they find out they like each other and then the romantic stuff comes later it would have turned out better, and with the way Pete talks about girls it probably would have taken some time for him to come to terms with dating a man. all in all its good but id say just take some more time, write a first draft, (if you have time) do corrections or whenever next possible then wait a few days and come back to it and see if you still think that's the best you can do; i find that helps me anyways. |
