I agree with you about Arlong being one of the best villains.

The Arlong arc was and still is my favorite complete arc

With that said I have a question for you: What chapter/episode revealed that Arlong and Shirley were siblings?

i'm with you on arlong's reaction. i bet he would be pissed off if he heard that anyone hurt his sister. not only is shirley family, she's also not a fighter. she wouldn't have much to defend herself with, and i imagine that might piss arlong off more than if it were a family member that could fight and defend themselves. other than his hate for humans, he seems to be a somewhat decent guy with the ability to care for others. ex. how worked up he got over fisher tiger dying and how friendly he seemed to be with other fishmen.

I like this even though its a one shot. Its not very often you see a Arlong fic. He's my favorite villian. good writing, can't wait for the others

this looks like a nice set of one shots I can only imagine who's the third character since Kisame and Arlong are the only shark people I know (unless your gonna include Jimbei and other fishmen)

An interesting take on the current events of the manga from a point of view most everyone is definitely interested in. Im sure Arlong would have loved to enslave the humans and even attacked the other kings of the world, but I doubt he would have ever tried to become a king, he seemed to proud of the fact that he was a pirate that was not part of the kingdom in any way.
