It's really nice how you build things up to the climax, when he said he could change. It was awesome :)

mmm funny so say you tried to write them characteristically, because i felt all three (incl mike) were very OOC.
Harvey wouldnt say the thing about his chair being warm, because he would feel that makes him look pathetic.
Mike just sounds whiney and gay.
Donna would never call Harvey a prick through someone else's secretary. She may be rude or direct with Harvey in person, but that 'suck it up, prick' thing shows a complete lack of respect for her immediate boss and she would not do that. She would not undermine Harvey's position and image at the firm.

not sure if you are serious about writing or just like to entertain yourself with it.
In case you are serious, keep an eye on details and on wether or not things make sense.
why would Harvey be getting coffee and a newspaper form his driver, after they rode to the office? He gets them when he gets into the car, not when he arrives.
Also it's Louis not Lewis

Anyway just some things i noticed. Don't mean to burn you down or anything, if you enjoy writing than definitely keep doing it. And wether or not you want to do anything with my remarks is up to you of course.

Another awesome chapter! Totally believable, even Donna's uncharacteristic show of real intense emotion is believable. :)

Awesome first chapter! It reads like an episode. The dialogue fits the characters, especially Harvey's.

"'If you're done, I'll let you know that I need her to run off this final copy of this file. And seeing as my chair just became accustomed to the correct temperature, I am not getting up from it to do this myself,' he justified.

'Like Donna would have walked into your office to get it for you,' Mike said smirking. Harvey and Donna were quite alike in several aspects. That was probably why he kept her around. And probably why she let him."
