Gah! I love this! And I'm kicking myself for listening to this one song, because just as Alex hangs up that last time, I hear 'Sa oothan tassa viela huomenna?' 'You'll be here tomorrow, won't you?'

Great story. I think you're right, while Alex may have seemed a bit OOC, anyone who is depressed, deeply frightened, and severely sleep deprived can act in irrational ways that they would never normally even consider.

I hope writing this helped you to deal with your own nightmares. Here are a couple tips that I have found: sleeping in a warm room can cause nightmares so try leaving the window open/ putting on a fan or AC; if you believe in any form of higher power then praying for protection can do wonders for nightmares; do your best to eat properly (even consider cutting sugar/caffeine out of your diet temporarily) and get plenty of exercise-when anything is out of balance in your body it can disrupt your sleep and cause nightmares. Anyhow, I hope this can be helpful.

On a lighter note, I really did enjoy the story!
