| Dream Trance chapter 7 . 8/9/2011 I completely agree! Poor Danny :( I watched this part on youtube, and just about everyone was saying thinks like "Alright Sam!" "Wow, Danny is so lucky to have friends like them." "Yeah, Sam, you tell him!" I was starting to think I was the only one to (almost) start crying for Danny. T.T Throughout the whole series, he's been trying to get rid of his powers and be a normal kid, and then he finally succeeds, and they all turn their backs on him? Jerks! lol, sorry, bit of a rant. But I don't know how to review drabbles...I didn't see any grammatical errors. The piece probably could have been stronger if you set him up in a scene - like he's ranting to himself in front of a mirror or something. If it was set after he got his powers back, you could have him staring at DP's reflection or something. I don't know - it's the old phrase Show, don't tell thing. Introspection is interesting, but when it's mixed with action, it's very engaging. I like to leave constructive criticism, so please don't take this the wrong way! It was a very nice piece that showed Danny's side well. Good job :D |
