It does feel slightly epilogue canonish at the. But I can control the switch in my brain that utterly refuses to believe that rubbish can possibly come to pass, so a moment after this ends Harry leans in and kisses the stubborn witch. Otherwise a masterful little piece. Love the lightning bolt dividers.

I like it. It was nice and punchy covering the horcruxes like that. Hermione's statements about her closeness with Harry ring so true. They really bring to life what is so special about their relationship.

And the hitting at the end was a prefect finishing touch, haha. I like that Harry just took it.

So I will definitely be going to check on that longer fic you mentioned. The world always needs more Harry/Herm.
