Good chapter. I assume that since the collar was there in the first place for her own good, because she would most likely get killed in an escape attempt running from the base without it. Therefore, once they had already escaped together, there was no logical reason to have it. Or something more?

Also, according to recent G1 canon, your back-story for Shockwave is not far off, if you replace Megatron for Optimus. Senator Shockwave was very close to Optimus Prime, formerly Orion Pax.

I won't spoil it, but he eventually gets all his emotions back and reconnected with Prime, but not before single-handedly defeating Megatron, a separated Galvatron, a different reborn Prime, the dinobots, Trypricon, and a bunch of others, though not all at once. Even before that, most sources say he was more feared than any other Decepticon at the time, and was arguably the deadliest. But he is a very tragic figure.

I don't know where you're going with this, but I like it, and I hope it has more shades of the canon Shockwave in it.

Honestly, I'm just here for the ShockCee, so they way it's turning out is just fine by me.

Very good story. You should add Shockwave and Arcee tags to this story so people searching for those characters can read this. It deserves more attention. I would not have known about it except for the Deviantart work I stumbled onto.

I love your series! Thanks to you, I love the ElitaxMegatron or Galvatron pairing. I've been waiting awhile to read a sequel to this. I'd love to see how Arcee and Shockwave's relationship progresses, and if Chromia will become the next Starscream. Please don't give up on your series; It's great! It would be such a shame not to see where the story ends. :(

I didn't think I would like this story when I read the first one. I am such a devoted Opti,us fan that I just couldn't picture Elita with anyone else, but these stories surprised me and I love that Arcee is half con and half bot because in the Prime series she is such a con hater. I can't wait until the next chapter please update soon. Oh, I have never liked Shockwave, but I hope to see a little romance between him and Arcee.
