Ha, ha. That was really cool. I liked seeing how it all started, although I was confused with who was writing what text at the beginning. I really liked the ending paragraph too. It was just a nice way to put it. Very nice.

It always begins so innocently. A few well intentioned secrets. A small club with passwords and funny names. But sooner or latter, it always ends with gunfire and explosions. Or two roommates who are going to have strokes when they get the punchline.

Got a fuzzy spot on timing- this was when Sam and Mikela were in 11th grade. Assuming the Mission City was in the fall, then this puts Will getting almost-smooshed that spring, possibly even the first op after MC?

Nice to see Maggie coming back, even if only as a civilian contractor. And this raises a very interesting point- you've got the 'Bots still be treated as the big dark secret. Does this mean that signing on with NEST is a life time commitment? Or is it a "sworn to eternal secrecy when you leave" gig? Either way, with trashing the Egyptian cultural heritage, I'm not sure how long a secret can be kept.

Oh, and that dot-mil you gave... wrong branch. It would be airforce-dot-mil-foreslash-area51. And if you can get your DNS to find it, don't tell me! :)

I just have to say THANK YOU for not letting DOTM influence you. I could ignore the plot holes in the first two movies and just enjoy them. This recent one was- disappointing.

Oh My Gosh! I'll be randomly sniggering about this story for the rest of the week! Mikaela's username really is cute and I have to agree with her about Morshower, he is a little... SirYesSir for him is hilarious! It's interesting to know how Survivor and Spitfire got their start too and the names really do fit! I have to admit I would be stumped on how to appeal to Morshower's vanity too! I loved the ending, it was so sweet!

On a different topic, I really agree with your decision to not try and work in too much Dark of the Moon. I thought it was an okay movie by itself but it really pales in comparison to Revenge of the Fallen and don't think it fits well at all with the first two movies. It really shocked me that 1 the Autobots would be helping in human affairs and 2 that Optimus would kill not only his brother but Sentinel his mentor too!

Anyway, you'll have to excuse me now so I can roll on the floor laughing my head off at what Spitfire's reaction might be to being called Optimus' mom!
