A few years ago, I read Wintergirls by Laurie Hals Anderson. The style with which you wrote this and the emotion you put into it reminded me of that book. But this is better. I have no words.

Just... wow. So, so poignant and beautiful and haunting. Your style here is breathtaking and - as I'm sure you're aware - very unique. I love the ways you used different font styles! This fic definitely made me a lot more sympathetic to Pete, but it also made me see Myka through new eyes - which I thought was impossible given how awesome and intriguing I already knew she was.

I just noticed that 'second guessing yourself into oblivion' reference! Very cool. And I like the passages about Artie and Claudia and Leena.

I feel like nothing I say can really do justice to your style, from the second person to the word choices to the font styling to the way you get inside the characters' heads. So I'll just leave you with what I've written so far. :) Good job, and keep writing!

Um, WOW. That was... just... incredible. I've never seen as story formatted like this on this site before, and it just added a whole nother depth to the whole thing! It was really a poem, and I loved all the parts about Leena and Artie and Claudia- "your baby sister"- especially. That was SO GOOD. PLEASE WRITE MORE!
