The way you describe Lucifer in this is absolutely masterful. Your descriptions are visceral and extremely unique. They left me feeling like I have done Sam’s flashbacks in my stories an injustice; I have made Lucifer too kind and cliched. Loved the idea of the brothers sharing one soul and Lucifer taking immense pleasure from breaking that bond. Awesome story. Thanks so much for writing and sharing!

Oh my god. I am literally at a loss for words. This...this was amazing. So raw, so real. I've cried at stories, but this just left me in a mess of ugly sobs. I can totally see this happening in the canon of the episode. If only the shows writers could make scenes/moments like this, with the rawness and realism. Keep up the good work!

This was such a beautiful series of moments between two men who can't live or breath without one another. Definitely got a bit teary eyed while reading this, but it was a good kind of crying. I really enjoyed this season and all of the getting back to normal between Sam and Dean, but there were many missed opportunities for brotherly moments, like this one, so I'm glad you decided to write this.

Poor Dean and Sam, of all the things Castiel regrets, the worst thing was that Castiel did not fix Sam's soul while he had the power to do so.

OH...MY...GOD that was freakin heartbreaking. I actually cried. Do you have any idea how hard it is to read when you're crying? It ain't easy let me tell you! Poor Sammy. Poor Dean . Poor Bobby. About castiel. Here's the thing. Am I the only one that is actually REALLY pissed at the dude? I mean everybody's acting like he's some kind of asaint. Seriously. He murdered Baltazhar. He let the leviathans out which in tirn killed Bobby. Then he destroyed the thing keeping Sam safe and sane. Why? He was supposed to be Sam's friend. Anyway I know san forgave him cause sam forgive's everybody but I haven't. Untill he fixes Sam I don't want him back. Excellent Job!

A lovely story. Deep and moving.

The fact that we now know there will be an aftermath for Sam in the series too makes it even better. I was really expecting that they'll skip over any trauma Sam might have after the wall came down.
