He can see through the Mist? I thought, How? Luckily Annabeth stood up for me, “ It’s a pen.” she said. “It’s obviously a sword.” The stranger said.
I spoke up, “What's your name?” I asked. “If you put down the sword, I’ll answer.”He said “Wait a sec.” I told him.

I sliced the remaining gorgons in half and changed Riptide into a pen form. He took a deep breath. “ My name is Braxton Johnson, and yours?” “Percy and Annabeth,” Annabeth said. “are you … I don’t know… going to a camp tomorrow or some time in the future?” “Yeah! How did you know?” He took a glimpse over my shoulder. “Snake-haired ladies alert!” “Get in the cab!” I said. we sped off.

Braxton’s POV:

When Braxton came to, it was time for the campfire. “Do you remember anything?” I asked. “No.” He said. He chose a Trident that turned into a keychain. People were shouting. Percy stood up, “I nominate Braxton for a song.” then he sat down.

Braxton’s POV:

When Percy said that, I smiled. I don't know why that guy seemed so nice to me. “Well, if he's okay with it, sure.” Everyone turned to me. “Sure.” I said. They cheered and carried me up to the stage. I grabbed the microphone and said, “This goes to everyone who accepted me.”

“STOP!” I said “Why aren't you falling under my control?” she asked. I noticed all the boys except Percy was on her side “I’m a son of Poseidon, that's a sailor enchantment song, so I can withstand it.” “Hmph!” she said “well, I’m a mermaid. ATTACK!” she yelled. “Wait!” A girl called. They stopped for a second, then kept going. “Foolish girl your charmspeak is not powerful enough!” She said “I need help from another child of Poseidon!” I yelled. Then Percy stood up. “What do I have to do!” Realization dawned on me. “You're my brother!?” “Yes!” he said, “But not for long, if we don’t hurry up, so let's get this over with!” They slowly stopped fighting and realized the mermaid and she jumped back in the lake. Everyone calmed down. “Percy, give Braxton a quick tour.” Chiron said. We started walking around, and I started thinking Why does everyone think he is so much funner than me? then Percy started a chat:

Him: “What?”
Me:“huh?”
Him:“You were staring at me… like admire staring.”
Me: “sorry… It's just...huh.”

“I think you're to cool to be my brother” I spit out, “I don't know what I did to deserve you as a brother.” He smiled “Thanks.” he said. I got in bed.
