(You can tell I did because i gobbled all thirty-one chapters like a hungry baby in a day). I love this! It's obvious that you wove in a lot of passion-for writing AND for China/Japan-into your series of one-shots. I had to slap-fight the urge to gush when I read your fluff, your angst was absolutely heart-breaking (in the best of ways), the itsy bits of implied lemon had me wanting to giggle like a school-girl... And I trembled as I shoved my way through the smut. Then had to jog up and down the stairs before I could keep reading.

One of my favourites was "Husband", because I loved how you called Kiku a "husband" instead of a wife, and it was so touching, with all the symbolisms and your headcanon for Yao. "Praise", "Frame" and "Reunion" came a close second though.
But "Betrayal" and "Forgiveness" would definitely be my personal, absolute favourites out of this collection so far. Sure-Yao and Kiku were portrayed in present days. But I feel that having Kiku do... Bad things (and Yao thinking about doing bad things in sync), presents itself as a strong symbolism as to what happened in 1937. I'll even go so far as to say that "Betrayal" and "Forgiveness" can be, like, some child-friendly, censored device for teaching others about the events of that year if it didn't contain mean, naughty antics. With this in mind for "Betrayal", "Forgiveness" was just the right icing to the cake-if you know what I mean. ;)

Poor Kiku at least he has a lover like Yao. I love this pairing way too much! OTP forever! Your writing is really awesome it's even inspired me to write a fic. Now if only I wasn't a procrastnator. Anywho keep up the great work. :)

Ahh, this is really cute! Sleeping in Kiku's position sounds awfully painful and I don't think it would do anyone any good at all actually. But yeah, I really can see this; Yao not getting up and sleeping forever, and Kiku being so used to his routine that he can't break it. I don't know if Chinese and Japanese people would outwardly refer to each other as 'my love' or the like though?

You sound sexy speaking Mandarin, even when you're mad. Jíshĭ nĭ shēngqìi, nĭ shuō pŭtōnghuà shuō de hĕn gōurén/huŏlà. Feng is 'mad' as in crazy.
