I know you probably won't read this but I will say it anyway. This is a good story but there is a huge flaw in it that more than one person can become chunin it would defeat the purpose of just one person becoming chunin and cause a loss of money and profit to just promote one person. Not only that but it was also stated in the chunin exam in the manga/anime that more than one person can be promoted and having Naruto deny becoming a chunin is not him and would not make much sense as becoming chunin means he will get more access and learn to lead squads overtime not just right away he will be under someone then learn to lead squads which is mostly a jonin job in the first place.

I like the story and the fact that it's focusing on Kimimaro, but you bashing Sasuke and the others is becoming really unbearable. Sasuke never acted like this in part 1. He takes pride of his clan but he does not look down on people (or as much as you think). And let's be real, Naruto was fucking obnoxious to be around at the start. He was the one that constantly challenged him and got petty and jealous because Sasuke was better than him. He was really cringey and I'm not surprised that people don't want to hang out with him.

When Lee beat him, Sasuke did not throw a tantrum like a child, but instead accapted it that he lost and is determined to get stronger.

And the council does not suck him off, if anything, they distrust the Uchihas. And no, Sasuke's life is not suddenly easy because he got fangirls lmao (priorities).

And this is where I stop. So sick of fanfics where Naruto only ever knocks people out and the MC's are only ever knocked unconscious in return. These are shinobi, soldiers trained to kill from age 6 or earlier. Yet nothing ever happens to any character that matters. No moral dilemma, no maiming, no death. Not everything needs to be tragic, but there needs to be some progress. Best I can tell, Naruto hasn't even grown slightly stronger in the months since the wave mission.
The icing on the cake; the very minor changes that are made to the cannon story are somehow more boring than the original.

Still boring. Not even reading anymore, just skimming til something interesting happens. How disappointing

These last few chapters have just been a worse copy of cannon. I'm hoping it doesn't remain that way, as I quite like the dead bone pulse.
