And after reading this four times in a row last night and twice again today, I have to say you captured the unique style of Sirius in a Sirius/Remus slash, and how I think they would be surrounding 'the prank.'
The depth in this is beyond words, without having to add dialogue or settings, we, as readers, were able to understand and feel the complete unbrokenness (no pun intended, well maybe a little!) of someone like Sirius when he wasn't allowed to be heartbroken because it was his fault. Through that, you carried it amazingly simple, simply engrossed word for word with depth and feeling and confusion and lost love. The worst kind of lost love being within sight and sound and aches and pains of indescribable physical emotion. Even love has a definition, and most don't ever feel of deepest, darkest pain love can create, and those feelings are the true torturer of life. And I think you completely and amazingly draw that picture of that pain, that torture, and finish the picture with the dog star being the brightest light at the end of that tunnel. Bravo! Sorry this is so long :) I've read many, many fics, mostly slash r/s and this is my top! 3

Wow. I think this is my favorite Sirius/Remus I have read. I'm at a loss for words. Weird for me. Absolutely fantastic job! I loved the style.

So, wow. The Snape Incident is one of my favorite Marauder scenes just because it can be written in so many different ways portraying the characters in so many difference scenarios, especially if it's a Remus/Sirius slash since I think this incident affected their dynamics hugely. And wow, you've done a wonderful job building that up and so much more, capturing all the beautiful emotions in this piece. It's lovely :)
