To be honest, pairing Holley with Mater seemed like a bit of an after thought, a 'McQueen has a girlfriend so Mater has to have one too'. Anyway though, nice fic! I think it would have been better if they had a 'brother-sister' like relationship. Some how, despite the age difference, i think Finn x Holley is better.
