Thank you for your wonderful story! It was very interesting to read about that period of time, and a pleasure to feel the intense, selfless love that Romanward Antonius and Bella eventually shared. I studied Latin for two years in High School, so some of the phrases rang a bell. Not as many as I would have liked - but it was many years ago.

It happened quickly once they earned their freedom, but I really liked your excellent, thought provoking ending.
