Glad to see you came back to this story. This was actually the story that got be into FanFiction. One note of complaint however is how you had Robb divide up Westeros among his northern lords. Seemed like an unrealistic strategy.

I can't believe this fic is still alive. It's literally the first ASOIAF fanfic I ever read and it's still one of my favourites.

This is mythology from an even older civilization than Ghiscar or Valyria which already has an Azor Ahai equivalent.

Actually, there are similar tales in Essos that could be the others, there are the Five Forts of Yi Ti with ten thousand men each and nearly as high as the wall made of fused black stone similar to the Valyrians.

They're meant to protect against the mythical demons of the Lion of the Night which could be the eastern version of the white walkers. It might even be the case wherein Azor Ahai is a universal tale due to the universality of the threat. Otherwise, what would the Five Forts have been built against? But even if it weren't the Others who the Forts are meant to hold against, they have similar purposes and it wouldn't be a stretch to have the stories slowly meld into one over time.

you have to complete this fic. it has been amazing to read! loving the house of stark dominance. very interesting with sansa being the new whisperer, though I do not want a sansaxrobb relationship, even though her thoughts about it are intriguing. perhaps this is where daenerys will step in and become the new queen? do not give up on this story and hope you update really soon!

(accidentally pressed post before finishing my review, here's the continuation) and helping to save the day, in exchange for the Iron Throne while the Starks step down to once again rule just the North? I do hope you'll update this story and bring it to a conclusion, even if it will be a while yet whether it's from RL, stuck on inspiration or a long hiatus. Thanks for the entertainment and kudos on a great piece of writing.

Just read this fic in one sitting, and I have to say Tywin getting captured is an AU concept of Robb winning that I haven't read before, one that was very well done here, and not to mention very therapeutic to see things go well for Robb and the Stark side in general while still being more grounded and realistically played out. The characters were all also believable in the context of how they would act differently in these non-canon circumstances, the battle and action scenes engaging to read. I found the development of Sansa particularly intriguing; I'd love to see a Spymaster court intrigue Sansa come to fruition and how straight laced honorable Robb deals with the political intricacies of King's Landing, as well as further exploration on the hints of Robb/Sansa dropped in there (though I don't support them together and hope it won't actually happen). Robb seems to have made smart decisions regarding the Wall and the threat of the Others, but I don't see even these improvements from canon and Wall reinforcements turning the tide towards humanity. Perhaps a certain Mother of Dragons would come swooping in
