Okay, so I just read this whole story, and I gotta say, I love it! I hated how much of a Mary she was in season 4 because with Jess, she totally didn't act like that... it's like he set her back completely. So I really like this side :) can't wait for more!

I was going to mKe a slightly passive aggressive comment about not hearing from you for like forever, but your AN put me quickly back in my place. It was supposed to be a one shot, son any other chapters, no matter how long it takes to roll out, is extra.

If this was real life, would marty and Rory actually hook up? After this chapter, they honestly sounded perfect for each other. I know, on the show, she was dealing with the Jess drama and then dean, but if she got to start fresh and without any extra baggage, I think he would have been a perfect college boyfriend for her. Too bad he was friend zoned.
