I think the way you worded their conversations and emotion was perfect. The story would have been soo much better without the OC, moonracer. You would probably get more reviews without her because people dont usually care for others OCs no matter how cool they are.

Very beautifully written. I think you have captured Ratchet very well here, and connecting Wheeljack a bit more with his G1 counterpart was a nice touch. A fine way to end it, though I can't help to wish for some kind of continuation, to get further insight in their relationship, but for this fic, the subdued, sort-of-shy relationship between these two is just adorable. Well done!

Damn, holy... That was great! I'm totally awed at what you made of those two, totally! They where both so in character and the whole background story was really believable. Though I felt a little bit sad at the end for Ratchet and Wheeljack. Oh, the drama! D: But well written, serious drama, so, yes, I like this story very much :)
