"Well, Jules, Chief, I suppose it means I can do this-" he leaped from his chair onto Lassie's lap, and proceed to gave him a wet, sloppy kiss, much to Carlton's chagrin, and Juliet and Chief Vick's surprise. "-without him shooting me," he finished, sitting back in his chair satisfactorily.

Sorry, it popped into my head and wouldn't leave me alone. I felt the need to share.

When the chief said, "If you're planning on hurting him or anything." it made me happy. That was extremely cute beyond belief. This chapter was really sweet. Again, just love the way you depict the characters and the relationship between them. Fantastic job.

It was great. I truely love the way it flowed and contintued from Tomorrow. Shawn's view of the situation was great and his understanding of Lassiter was right on.

As a Sacramento native, I can confirm that transferring himself to Sac PD is probably the worst punishment Lassie could have possibly devised for himself short of castration on barbed wire. .

I'm sorry for not getting to this sooner. My modem broke, and could not get a new one for a couple of days. Anywho...wow...Shawn sure loves Lassie. I don't think I would have stayed. Just high-tailed it out of there.

I just love your diction and your description. You know how to get your point across without prolonging it, and it read fluently. Like after awhile you don't even realize you're reading. It just comes naturally.

Again, I really like this concept. Abusive!Lassie, full on Abusive!Lassie is not that common, and the way that you are going about it, I have never seen before. Whether it was your intention or not, at some point you made him seem down right evil boyfriend wise. He even scared me a little, and I found myself questioning why Shawn was even sticking around.

This was a good first chapter. I look forward to the rest.
