Haha, Charlie's also getting a taste of the Vampire conspiracy and looks like we now know why Edward hated his image in the mirror, he's a human drinker! Makes me wonder who the woman was though
So Carlisle persuaded him to join and give up human blood but was also the one to turn him. Does that mean that Edwars just has his canon backstory?

Huh, Alice is actually older than Rosalie in canon too. I knew that Jasper was older than Edward and Carlisle was the oldest but I hadn't known that Esme was actually older than Edward. Almost seems planned that Edward and Alice, and Rosalie and Emmet, share a birth year. Wondering if Alice turned up earlier than in canon though since it seemed to be implied by Alice's reference to Emmet's turning, unless she just heard about that later? Also wouldn't mind knowing what happened to Jasper in this AU

Kinda wondering how you've changed their backstories and if the changes will be relevant to future interaction. You sort of made it sound like Esme was around first instead of second? And Alice is now older than Rosalie and possibly turned by Carlisle this time so that's a loss of relevance for James
Haha, are you going to change everything that makes Twilight vampires different but their most hated feature? That'd be pretty awesome, also kind of hoping for glittering in sunlight to just become a classic vampire trait now

Is this a part of Bella's gift? She does have good reason to be annoyed though. She's pretty much letting Edward off for Alice and the girl's only making promises (that as far as she knows) she can't keep about protecting her from him without explaining anything.

This is exciting, he's finally been caught and now Alice'll have to give Bella an explanation!

I'm just generally really enjoying this. Not sure about the random inclusion of fangs but I've enjoyed everything else

This is really quite an interesting story. The strange connection between Alice and Bella is intriguing and I hope to learn more about it.
