I really don't know if I can say anything but the fact that I love this very much, and I love you too lol. But I know that I do love all the raw emotions and sharp razors you wrote all the pain and memories that Light went through with. With L, however, I feel like the character was just slightly off, just a little, he seems a bit too much, not really in like a specific way, but I feel that he is still a bit more of a slightly over-arrogant man but with a child-like exterior, if that makes sense. Not that he acts like a brat, but he keeps the things that hurt him the most inside of him and only Light can see that what he is doing is hurting L, but they don't talk about it until L blows up (which you showed) and even after, they don't like to speak about it, but they are very aware, and they have promised.
Overall, I really really really do love your portrayal of all of the characters, and of how much disappointment is in here (because most writers skimp out or forget about this) and how deep and dark it is to fall into depression.

This is certainly pretty different from the type of fic I normally would read, But it's a good difference. I have enjoyed the story, with it's dark themes and Light slowing losing it and I loved how you emphasized the need for the care, love and consistency L provided for Light. Doubt Light would have actually made it at all without L. I even enjoyed where you wrote Sayu in, and how Light felt sad that she walked away, that even made me sad as she seemed to be the only one Light may have connected to in his family. I don't really understand what happened to Light though, it seems to imply that there was a slow build up till Light couldn't take it anymore but at the same time L being as perceptive as he is would have noticed the build up right? Was Light schizophrenic? With added depression maybe? Other than the mild confusion surrounding Light's condition, it was a lovely story. Glad I got to read it!

Wow, powerful piece, I must say. I find how you made the sentences work for you very clever.

I do have some issues with understanding exactly Light's...god, I don't want to say "issues" but I think you know what I mean. I could definitely get his emotions and experience and all of that. It was beautifully clear. However, I would like to know more.

Also, I am so very happy that you were able to give both L and Light hope in the end. I was so scared halfway through, but that ending was very worth struggling through their pain.
