You got a good writing style, right words are placed in the right sentences. The grammar, quite good. But your plot is mediocre at best, too many unnecessary drama and many plot holes. I mean the union Rivendell and Mirkwood could still be accomplished with legolas's with elenath as it is with merethiel as the two of them both is a royalty from rivendell. Elrond is way too overprotective with elenath. The only thing I like with your plot is at least your OC isn't a mary sue.

Wonderful! I had read 'Elenath' and I had wanted to see the entire courtship between Legolas and Elenath unfold instead of only snippets in the other story.

I love the reference to Jesus yet again in this story, and even though he went by a different name, I could recognize him and I'm glad that Elenath found comfort and peace in his presence.
