still love this and hoping for update someday

I loved this book and am absolutely devastated that there are no more chapters and no ending. I know that you haven’t posted an update in 3 years and even though I know the reality is this story will go unfinished, I just wanted you to know that I loved every minute I got to read it. I’m a nurse working in this crazy pandemic and this story was the distraction I needed, if only I had a few more chapters to read and a proper ending!

Ok, it’s been probably five-ish years since I first read TSB and fell deeply, deeply, irrevocably, undeniably in love. I probably reread it every two months and I just finished my latest reread and knew I gotta sit my butt down, turn on my laptop, and finally review this thing (finally—I’m so sorry it’s taken so many years) so that it might help convince—even a little—you update the last few chapters.

Wow, how to explain how much I love TSB—I feel like there aren’t enough words to encapsulate how much. I’ve been on this site for a long, long time and have read a lot of fics but I’m pretty positive that TSB is probably my favourite Twilight fanfic of all time. TSB is my baby—if I could adopt a child, it would be TSB. Watching Bella grow and develop from an insecure girl to a bold, strong, wonderful woman just makes me feel like I’ve grown and developed alongside with her. Every time I read TSB, I feel that I’ve gone on my own coming-of-age adventure and am ready to take on the world. I don’t think I can even rightly talk about my love for the characters, the friendships, the romances—HOW DO YOU WORK MAGIC WITH YOUR WORDS? Can you put your talent in a bottle and sell it? Bella and Jessica’s relationship is really great and I always laugh at that part where she realizes they’re friends. But of course, Bella and Royce (and Bella and Jake) are my favourite—I just love so much how you craft these networks and relationships—they’re so real and raw and I love every reread as I can fall in love with them finding each other and growing together.

Anyway, ughh, the last chapter killed me… I remember reading it when you updated in TWENTY SEVENTEEN and feeling like you stabbed something in my chest. For Edward to totally disregard Bella and her feelings like that—that’s brutal and it makes me SO ANGRY. I keep on imagining the future chapters where Bella is graduating Vassar and she bumps into Edward on the street and it’s a bittersweet reunion because BELLA IS ALREADY WITH SOMEONE ELSE—too bad Edward; you snooze, you lose. I feel like that’s the only way I can envision hurting Edward as much as he has hurt me (and Bella) in the last chapter. So please, please update the next chapter so I can have closure (it’s still an open wound on my chest)

I know this review has been all over the place but I knew I needed to type out everything before the laziness kicked in and I don’t write this again and let’s be honest, how do you write down everything you’ve been feeling and storing away for years? Hopefully I managed to show even just a millionth of my love for TSB.

I know you said that you wouldn’t respond to any reviews that asked for the next update but I hope you’ll look favourably upon mine and realize that there’s a person who would scream for ten minutes non-stop and jump up and down in total happiness if you ever updated/completed your story? Pretty please?

I'm not one for angst or high school fics, but I saw this story recommended over and over again so I decided to give it a shot. I'm so glad I did, your story pulled me in. I love your characters and how different they are to cannon. I'm on the edge of my seat waiting to the next chapter, you are a talented writer!

I love this story so much I probably re-read it every six months. I know you mentioned having a few more chapters left - are you still planning on it?

I know you probably don't read these reviews anymore but I wanted to say thank you for writing it. When you started I was so young and I remember how much I wanted Bella and Edward to work out because they seem like soul mates which is a nice thing to believe in when times are dark. I used to be so excited to get home to read an update when the notification came. I became sick since then and I don't know if I'm going to pull through until the story ends because its been a few years and I don't even know if you will be updating so just in case I don't make it to see them get back together or I have to say my own goodbye before I can read the next update I wanted to say thank you now and that I enjoyed it so far and I love them and you for the story. You helped me get through some very alone and bad times. I hope you get to finish the rest of it one day

I've re read this story so many times, will it ever be finished? Or could you please post a few paragraphs summarising the ending. Still one of the best fics I've ever read
