I don't usually like song Fic's, but this one had change my opinion about them. Poor Arthur and Merlin though, nice seeing a somewhat caring side of Uther, lovely story.

Lovely story

Wow, I really enjoyed this story and the more softer side of Uther. I do fully believe that in the show had Uther ever found out about Merlin's Magic and everything he had done for his son and Camelot, it might have gone in a similar way to your story. After all, he had no problem turning to magic when Morgana was dying and most likely would've been the same way in the series one finale if Arthur had gotten any worse. (And he also would've had a kick ass arsenal to defend Camelot with if Merlin could have given him magical help)
