I love Mama Wilson and her love of House. Should you write a one shot, maybe not in this verse specifically, of Wilson's parents coming to visit Wilson at work, and everyone seeing how much Mama Wilson loves House. I would certainly read it.
House's fellows teasing him calling him "Gregory Darling" or "Greg Honey" and Mama Wilson bringing him a basket of home made goodies. Maybe even Mama Wilson showering House with more affection than Wilson, because Wilson long since convinced her not to do so in public, and House just doesn't know how to tell her to stop. Because House's parents are a lot more reserved that Wilson's are, so he just doesn't know how to tell her no, or even if he wants her to stop.
