I'm still contemplating wether Light loved or atleast held affection towards L or he was just attracted. Atleast with L, L actually said he's jealous with Misa. I apologize for my rather idiocy but I have a quite difficulty in understanding human emotions sometimes. Esp. love. I am not able to comprehend it unless explained or told openly.

I can't believe how amazing this story ended. I thought it would be a rushed ending but its not at all! Its perfect and the last chapter is so short, but it sums up the end result perfectly. Really great story!

THIS IS AWESOME. I was so, so happy upon realizing that L had finally, well, and truly won! Better yet is that Light has become, well, Light again rather than holding on to any of his Kira personality. This was really cool!

Awww, that was a splendid story. I must admit, I was surprised how seriously it turned out. Maybe 'cause the initial setup with Ryuk 'reproducing' and bringing L back was too cracky for my mind to handle, but the plot and characters' personalities were pretty sound. Although I wonder how L will get more years now that his noteboook and he doesn't want to kill anyone. Maybe he would just choose to die when Light dies...hm, too romantic. Idk. Obviously shinigami!L is quite a bit cuddlier than canon. I also liked the idea of a young shinigami becoming less human-like as it kills more people - kind of like the Horcrux thing in Harry Potter where murdering people shreds your soul apart. Verrry cool. :D

For a second there, I thought that it was going to be another shinigami and not L and that didn't make much sense. I'm glad you chose L to be the new shinigami. That's just brilliant 'cause Light can't just kill him off now and this opens up such opportunities for L to apathetically nag Light when he contemplates killing people.
