I was expecting pressure on the bond between Sonic and Amy with the arrangement when they officially ended up together to test if they can handle it in the future, like in most fanfictions where they take a break from each other cause of commitment and all that stuff since they didn't had time to get to know each other as a couple and are still young to grasp the future consequences if you know what I mean.
But that would be best for a sequel I assume hmm?

This book Brings back sooooo many memories, remembered when I first read it back on 012

I just wanted to write this 'cause I read the whole story as it came out back in high school. Some time ago you wondered how this became popular despite writing it at twelve; well, the reason is because your romance wasn't JUST a romance, the main couple wasn't the ONLY couple, your depictions of the characters weren't one-dimensional, bashful, too faithful, or not faithful enough, and your plots and pacing were well done.
I could write a book on how well written this fanfiction was, but let me just sum it up with one character and their relationship in particular: Sally Acorn.
In most fanfictions, anyone who's done some heavy reading in the fandom can tell you the most common subject in sonally vs sonamy (or the other way around if you like), is how either one will be villainized to heck and back. In your story, which is sonamy, Sally is given flaws, yes, but she isn't made into a bitch or slut; she is instead somewhat bossy (which I now find a good translation of her character into your story), but she isn't made into a horrible person, or the direct obstacle in the sonamy relationship. The obstacle is a misunderstanding, and Sally is caught in the middle with Sonic unintentionally using her.
THAT is good use of her character right there.
And this isn't the only example; you have so many subplots and clever moments of characterization that I can't list them all, but in any case... you're one of the best writers in the Sonic fandom I've had the pleasure to come across. And your special ending... was icing on the glorious cake.
Give yourself a grand round of applause for the talent twelve-year-old you displayed, as it's no doubt a display of prowess you are to hold today.
