This is such a gorgeous story. I love the slow, subtle way that it's written, the gradual build-up to Erik asking Charles to find more good memories. It made it feel very cozy and relaxing just to read, and the changing shapes of the metal paperweight are a nice touch. Wonderful work - I'll be sharing this at my forum. :)

This is gorgeous. One of the things that makes Erik/Charles such a beautiful ship is the psychological richness of their bond and I think you really showed that in this story. Great writing :)
