Well, I say... they took over fast. The team even gained their trust so fast that Katara offered to go with them all the way back to the north pole. Well.. I mean, I'm not saying that's bad, but hey :)

The story is good so far. A bit fast, but good. I loved the scene where they explained what a Wraith was. It would have been priceless if I could see their faces... lol :D

A cool concept! I like how how Toph just comes up after they decided to save the team and just says "How's this for a miracle". Yep, even Ronnan would be proud of her hearing. lol :D

And Ronan carrying Teyla? That was good. I can actually see that happening. Well, I'm moving on. I'm happy there's a crossover for these two fandoms. I ran out of all the SG1 and AtLA crossovers. Keep up the good work!

Eh billions is a magnitute to high. Even adding up all loses around the world of that war would be "only" in the millions. Estimates put it at 80 million which is still 920 million short of a billion.

Additionally I would argue that in it's effect what happened to the firenation might be even worse than what happened during the facsist campaigns. Because ultematley the fascists did not succseed to wipe their desired targets out. The Air-Nomads were reduced to exactly 1 and even that only by accident.

I think this theme and the scope of what happened was not very well adressed in the show. But on the other hand Aang even mentioned in the first episode how unlikley it is. I mean they were the Air-Nomads and had flying Bisons (note the Fire Nation had no Airships or similar stuff back then). First of all their nomadic nature and open minded traveling means that there should be a substential amount of Nomads outside of the temples at the time of the attacks. But more importantly I would have expected the Nomads to at least evacuate the helpless by the for the Fire Nation unreachable air route. It would even be in their very nature to just pack and leave and thus avoid a fight! Since it is confirmed that there still are huge areas where the Nomads could have sought out refugee it is litteraly impossible that the Fire Nation got them all.

You are not responsible for these errors in the plot of the show but it might be nice to see Aang and others have more deeply emotions about the loss of a hole culture and maybe add the possibility of descendants of Air-Nomads that got evacuated still in hiding somewhere.
